Return eligibility

We offer returns/exchange service for 30 days on the first order you place, so you can feel confident trying out new products online.Free returns are only eligible on your first order.(if it is not quality problem, buyer have to pay the return shipping fee).This means that any additional orders you place won’t be eligible for returns or exchange.

Once you submit the return on Dogdesignerstore.com, we’ll email you our houseware address. 

1. Send at [email protected] 2 -3 pictures of the item(s) along with the reason for return within 30 days from receipt. Insert the order number like #15286 in the email subject.

2. Once you receive the shipping back address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice within 30 days of receiving the product. We suggest providing tracking number for any returns, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements. 

3. Once the item is returned at our warehouse you will receive a refund notification. Please allow 2-7 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.
